Accurately measured gently undulating 5 mile course
7 Sphinx AC runners completed this race in ex-hurricane Bertha conditions. Ash finished 4th overall and won the 1st MV40 prize, doubling his collection of Hooky 6 tankards. Fi and Wayne both clocked new PBs for 6 miles.
26 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this morning. The warm and sunny conditions resulted in no new PBs at Coventry, however Tom Marchi achieved a new PB on the Bromley course. Paul Slatford completed his 200th parkrun.

Ian Ward completed this 750m swim, 20km bike, and 5km run in the capital, finishing 24th in his category.

Coventry parkrun was not on this week but that did not stop it being a sensational Saturday for Sphinx parkrunners as a plethora of new PBs were achieved, and parkruns far and wide were visited!
3 Sphinx Ac runners completed this race in hot, sunny conditions. Ash finished 6th overall and was 1st Vet 40; 5 mile PB for Dave West; nothing for Mitch, apart from a nice fluorescent orange T-shirt 🙁
