Sphinx AC were represented at a number of ParkRun events this weekend, though with Ashby 20, Milton Keynes half and Banbury 15 all on the Sunday, there were definitely people taking it easier than normal or just took the morning off. Coventry 21 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and 3 PBs – including Robyn McSharry, who not only PB’d but also was first lady! Her PB grants her entry into the “sub-7:00/mile” club – congratulations Robyn!

Craig Pears and Hamilton Ngan raced at Silverstone Race Track today in this very popular half-marathon. Whilst the race itself has a reputation for being somewhat uninspiring, the medal this year was rather good!
