Massey Ferguson hosted Coventry parkrun and the Halls were there on what was the late Matt Hall’s birthday as Liam and Julie ran and Pete supported. Well done all.
Bryan McSharry PB’d at Coventry and Liam Hall matched his PB.
At Brueton, Mark Moran And Steven Osmond PB’d.
At Tonbridge, Andy Wilkinson finsihed in 2nd place and achieved the highest age grade by any Sphinx parkrunner today.
Dave Kelly, Steve Kelly and Helen Rathbone completed this Halloween themed half-marathon.
3 Sphinx runners completed this multi-terrain 10km race, with Ash taking his category prize.
4 Sphinx runners completed this half-marathon at the other end of the M69, with good times all round.
9 intrepid Sphinx runners (and support crew) headed to the coast to take on this off-road marathon with a few hills thrown in. Well done to all!
25 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and 2 PBs – Bryan McSharry and Judith Anstiss. At Coventry, we had 2 finishers in the top 5; Andy Wilkinson in 2nd and Paul Slatford in 5th.
12 Sphinx runners completed this big local half, with Mark Moran bagging another PB and Suresh Basra completing his first half-marathon.
2 sphinx runners took part in this great event which consisted of a 5 km run 22 km bike and another 5 km run all in the grounds and surrounded area of Althorp house.
6 Sphinx runners completed this challenging 10km off-road race, with Colin Piper finishing in the top 10.
