22 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and 1 PB. Conditions were pretty grotty for this ParkRun – the 150th at Coventry – with rain and icy wind blowing across the open fields near the car park. Water flowed freely across the path at several points around the course, making things tricky and unpleasant at times and hindering PB attempts.
