20 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and 4 PBs. Our old friend Barry Burrows ran for the first time in ages too, finishing at around 22:40 – he didn’t register a result as he didn’t bring his barcode. Rosie Keenan also finished her first full ParkRun today but chose not to go through the funnel – Mitch and Luke ran the course with her so her time is around the same as theirs.

Ashley Miles won the MV35 category outright, with Justin Smith taking third place. Jackie Stuart took second place in her category. Sphinx AC took third place in the senior men’s team results and second place in the veteran men’s team results – just two points behind the winning team.
