Sphinx AC were well-represented at the Warwickshire Cross-Country Championship, with Mallory English taking the “U20 women champion” title! Julie Cozens has won the coveted Sphinx AC Kat Plate award, after years of trying. Following a well-attended social run at the Memorial Park, Julie took possession of the Kat Plate back at the C&NW club. Julie said: Hooray finally after years of trying I finaly won the Kat Plate – I will treasure it and it will have pride of place on my fireplace !!!!! She wasn’t joking:
