Seven Sphinx AC took part in the latest of this season’s 5-milers, with Ashley Miles winning outright, Kyza Derby taking 3rd place and Justin Smith taking 5th. In a bizarre turn of events, we didn’t win any raffle prizes! Paul Bergin was there to remind us that we weren’t there to enjoy ourselves but we ignored him – it was a delightful event, as always. The conditions were good, edging towards being a bit warm and there was a slight breeze making the infamous back straight a bit more challenging.
