Please take a look at the cross country dates. Mens and Ladies dates have now been added for the Midland Ladies League and Birmingham League along with Championship dates and the road relay fixture. Ladies fixtures can be found under Fixtures under the Senior Ladies menu, Men’s fixtures are currently listed under the News and Results tab.
A combination of venue change, holiday season and grotty weather meant that only five Sphinx AC runners took part, with Mark Smith making his first ParkRun appearance and winning outright! Mark’s son, Sam Smith, also ran for the first time and made us all proud by both finishing in an incredible time and by sporting his new Sphinx AC vest.
