23 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and 5 PBs. Junior Alfie Meade continues to shine, beating his PB by just one second but with a broken wrist! Amy Frank, Julie Hall, Maggie Morgan and Quentin Henry all helped out today with conditions being rather chilly and a bit blowy.
