Paul Cozens represented Sphinx AC at the Solihull ParkRun (Brueton Park) today, securing a course PB in the process. Results for Coventry ParkRun, 20-Apr-2013

36 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with 2 first-timers and 2 PBs. Conditions were warm and bright, but due to the ongoing works within the park, the route was altered again. Starting on the grass near the golf pavilion, we had to do two on-grass loops of the field, followed by two outer loops taking in the newly-tarmaced paths near the railway lines. The finish was back at the golf pavilion with a slightly uphill 50m home straight.
