Sphinx hosted the fourth and final race of the cross-country league season, and 12 Sphinx men ran.
Andrejs finished 3rd and Garry Barnes finished in the top 50. The A team placed 7th out of 14, and the B team placed 5th out of 6.

6 Sphinx ladies travelled to Wolverhampton for the fourth and final cross-country league race of the season. A good showing by all resulted in a 32nd place finish (including both divisions) for the senior team, and 25th place for the masters team.

Coventry parkrun celebrated its 5th birthday today – congratulations to Jason and team and a big thank you for putting on such a great weekly event.
At Coventry, Paul Slatford finished 4th overall, Andy Hales completed his 50th parkrun and there were PBs for Alex Bartlett and Lauren Wall. At Durham, Catherine Gough was 3rd lady with a new PB.
Dorota, Hamilton and Joanna took part in the second round of the Dirt Run, again taking on the 15km course.
7 Sphinx runners headed south to complete this popular half-marathon.
12 Sphinx runners took part in the fourthrace of this six-part grand prix series.
Dave Kelly and Jackie Stuart took on 10 miles and 7km respectively, over a multi-terrain course.
Dave described it as a right royal mudfest!
With Coventry parkrun being rightly called off due to ice-rink conditions, we have fewer results than usual.
