PBs aplenty as 29 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran at four different parkruns. Well done to Adam and Liam on their new bests at Coventry; Robyn, Bryan and Fintan on their new bests at Brueton; and Steven on his new best at Preston.

This was probably the hardest 6 mile run I have ever done. There were 3 ‘killer’ hills evenly spaced and you were either going up or down; there are no flat bits in the Leicestershire Alps!
Results for the Milton Keynes 20, 08-Mar-2015
Andy, Narinder and Jane completed the longest distance in the Milton Keynes Festival of Running, with a couple of PBs and Jane finishing first in her category!

This 10 mile event was 2 laps and a bit around the reservoir at Draycote Water. A small but well organised event with only 160 ish entrants. The day was cool and quite windy in places especially the last mile on both laps.

36 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, from Conwy to Coventry and others. 4 PBs were achieved – well done to Adam, Ian, Lucy and Karen – and Paul Salford registered another top 5 finish.

42 Sphinx runners completed their home city half-marathon, with excellent times and performances. For some it was their first half-marathon, for others it was part of their marathon training. Well done to all.
