A busy parkrunday, with many no doubt running off festive excesses :) Congratulations and well done to Katie Wheatley on her PB at Coventry. There was also plenty of tourism, with Karen Timothy a first-timer at Black Park, Lisa Abbott a first-timer at Leamington, Alex Bartlett a first-timer at Canons Park, The Timms’ first-timers at Beeston and The Carvers the same at Reigate Priory. Black Park 1 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with 1 first-timer and no PBs.

Thanks to Alex Bartlett for the following report: Here’s the results of the annual Devils Punch Bowl Boxing Day 3.5 Mile Fun Run I did with my Dad John, Sis Vicki Clarke and Bro-in-Law James Clarke. It started with a long, muddy down hill and ended with a longer uphill climb. Just over 2.5 miles in there was a drinks station where runners got a local pint of ale (if they wanted) which we drank and then we had just under a mile to the finish.
