A veritable army of Sphinx AC runners turned out for this popular XC event. The men’s team stormed to a fantastic performance in the first league fixture this season in Division 3 with the six counters scoring 91 points and the next six counters taking the B team to the top as well. Craig Pears represented Sphinx AC in the longest of the three junior events that were staged once the main marathon had started.
