7 Sphinx AC runners completed this race in ex-hurricane Bertha conditions. Ash finished 4th overall and won the 1st MV40 prize, doubling his collection of Hooky 6 tankards. Fi and Wayne both clocked new PBs for 6 miles.

26 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this morning. The warm and sunny conditions resulted in no new PBs at Coventry, however Tom Marchi achieved a new PB on the Bromley course. Paul Slatford completed his 200th parkrun.
