Hamilton completed this popular south-coast marathon and finished in sub-4:30 time, whilst nursing injuries along the way.

Paul Bergin, Dave Kelly and family members completed this Yorkshire half-marathon. The Bergins raised a fine amount for their chosen charity – Teenage cancer Trust (sponsorship can still be made via https://www.justgiving.com/Ju-and-Danny/).

21 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with 1 first-timer and 2 PBs.
Well done to Kieron Hawthorne on his PB at Coventry, and Colin Piper on his PB and 3rd place at Daventry. Also at Coventry, Steven Osmond celebrated his 40th birthday with a parkrun. Alex Bartlett was a first timer at Perry Hall.
