Congratulations to James Abrams on his first 20-mile race:

Unfortunately, Ian Cunningham’s car was broken in to last Thursday at Copsewood Club so please remain vigilant with your valuables – park in a well-lit and visible parking place, if possible, and don’t leave anything of value in your car if you can avoid it. Hopefully this is an isolated incident but Sphinx will make Copsewood Club aware of this and see if anything can be done. Thanks to Ian for bringing this to our attention and asking for this message to be passed on to fellow club-mates.

Rachael and Barry Allen enjoyed this 10k with elevation, saying:
It was great, 650ft climb up Cleeve Hill from Sudeley castle to the highest point of the Cotswold range, before running like crazy back down. Barry even had to dodge a herd of sheep that crossed paths with the runners !
