Well done to Phil Wilson, Bryan Pears and Stuart Banbrook. Thanks to Phil for the following report:

Myself, Bryan and Stuart took part in this event.  There are various distances you can enter. 10k, half, marathon and ultra. A cottage was booked and we had a long weekend near Haverfordwest with our wives in support plus Garry & Karen. The race is on Saturday which allows for plenty of rehydration time. The event started and finished in the pretty coastal village of Little Haven. Obviously each distance maximises the use of the coastal path with its ups and downs. There are 4 checkpoints on the ultra and you have to carry safety gear. This was not needed as the day was quite calm.

There are 10 coastal races in the series organised by Endurance Life (www.endurancelife.com). Well organised and worth a look if you fancy something by the sea in stunning scenery. Thanks to Alison & Steve for booking the cottage. Times are below:

Ultra – 35.1 miles – 3,642ft of ascent (and descent)

Phil Wilson – 6.51.37. – 1st MV55

Marathon – 27.7 miles – 3,182ft of ascent (and descent)

Bryan Pears – 5.40.48.

Half Marathon – 15.1 miles – 1,824ft of ascent (and descent)

Stuart Banbrook – 2.48.57.
