Sphinx AC were pleased to host our annual Summer 5 Junior 2km Fun Run prior to the 5 mile senior race.
34 junior athletes took part and pulled out excellent efforts all round. Everyone should be extremely proud of themselves. Thanks to the parents for bringing their children along. Sphinx AC really loves to see juniors taking part and it gives the current seniors something to worry about – to see who they will be competing against in future years!
Extra well done to Louis Carver (Sphinx AC - 1st Male) and Nya Williams (Birmingham Running and Triathlon – 1st Female, 3rd Overall)
