2019 National XC championships took place this time up north, at Harewood House in Leeds. The 10 Sphinx ladies and 3 Sphinx men were greeted by very unexpected weather, it was clear blue sky and hot, making it feel more like a summer trail run, Well done to everyone who took part and enjoyed the challenge, full results are on the national cross country website
