Helen and I travelled down to the Cotswolds to take part in the Broadway Hill Charity Run (To the Tower) on a warm June 5th evening.
It’s a 5 mile multi-terrain race, mainly off road, taking in the beautiful countryside around Broadway. The route included stretches of footpaths and side roads, meadows and some farm tracks but most notably a very large hill (which I have to admit I walked parts!). Once the hard work is over it’s a fast descent back into the village and on to the finish. Overall very enjoyable and recommended for any who like (lumpy) off-road runs.
