Sphinx runners put in very good performances at the first race. The Ladies ran first and churned the course up nicely…thanks ladies 😉

With the first cross-country fixture in the afternoon, a few decided to rest their legs. At Coventry, 3 PBs were gained by David West, Steven Osmond and Imran Ali. Well done!

Found this race as a bit of luck and I know it’s 2 laps of Draycote Water but it cost £12 to enter and you got a technical T shirt,medal, and a goodie bag full of all sorts of goodies.Very well organised and you got a chip time.Well worth the money and one for your diary.
A good turnout of 14 Sphinx runners at the first of the 6-part series. Each race is over the same 5 mile course.
Massey Ferguson hosted Coventry parkrun and the Halls were there on what was the late Matt Hall’s birthday as Liam and Julie ran and Pete supported. Well done all.
Bryan McSharry PB’d at Coventry and Liam Hall matched his PB.
At Brueton, Mark Moran And Steven Osmond PB’d.
At Tonbridge, Andy Wilkinson finsihed in 2nd place and achieved the highest age grade by any Sphinx parkrunner today.
Dave Kelly, Steve Kelly and Helen Rathbone completed this Halloween themed half-marathon.
3 Sphinx runners completed this multi-terrain 10km race, with Ash taking his category prize.
4 Sphinx runners completed this half-marathon at the other end of the M69, with good times all round.
9 intrepid Sphinx runners (and support crew) headed to the coast to take on this off-road marathon with a few hills thrown in. Well done to all!
25Â Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and 2 PBs – Bryan McSharry and Judith Anstiss. At Coventry, we had 2 finishers in the top 5; Andy Wilkinson in 2nd and Paul Slatford in 5th.
