8 Sphinxies turned up in the wilds of Leicestershire for this cracking multi-terrain run, 2 for the marathon and 6 for the 15 mile. It was a cold but clear morning with the north wind whistling across the tops of the hills, but not as much mud as feared. Great food choices and hot drinks at the checkpoints and great soup and pudding at the end.
Please note that Lorraine’s number was 666!!! Just saying
