Thanks to all the runners, spectators, volunteers, and cake-makers for making the Sphinx AC Summer 5 a success.
The results and photos are now available at 2014 Summer 5.

A quick note to say “Thank you” from all at Spa Striders for a fantastic race last night. You guys always put on a good show (& spread – the cakes were amazing!) and it’s definitely one of our member’s favourite races.
Now in the midst of seeing just how much hard work and effort these things take, I wanted to let you all know that we think you do a great job. Having such well organised and good races for our members to run is really appreciated.
You’re setting us a high benchmark for Ryton! I may need that winning bottle of wine from last night when I run out of hair to pull out!
