As summer rapidly becomes a distant memory, the temperatures start to fall and running 5k around a park becomes a very pleasant activity! Sphinx AC had representatives in at least three events this weekend, with Colin Piper comfortably joining the “sub 20” club, and Kyza Derby and Ian Wilkinson taking 2nd and 3rd place respectively at Coventry.
