Results for Newbold Comyn XC, 09-Nov-2013

Eight women and eighteen men made the short journey to Leamington Spa for the first event of this year’s Birmingham League/Midlands Women’s XC races. Conditions were dry and bright but the ground was soft and only got softer as the races progressed! The ditch and the hill were there, as always, as were the crowds baying for mud. Hamilton Ngan made his XC debut and promptly lost his shoes in the process!

A team: 16 out of 18: 17, 99, 142, 144, 151, 155 = 708
B team: 13 out of 14: 181, 186, 189, 190, 203, 214 = 1163

We clearly need to field all of our best runners in the three remaining races to ensure that we stay in division two.
