There as no Coventry ParkRun this weekend due to the Godiva Festival. Two Sphinx AC runners made the journey over to Leamington ParkRun to satisfy their craving.

In case anybody’s thinking about trying the Leamington route out – it’s a single lap, encompassing some of the route at Newbold Comyn XC and the Regency 10K. There’s quite a steep slope just after a mile and it’s 99% off-road. Worth a visit but definitely not a PB course.
