17 or 18 Sphinx AC runners took part in this popular (but muddy) off-roader in Leicestershire today. Ashley Miles is listed as finishing twice!

A cracking off-roader in the Leicestershire countryside to end the year. Shortened course (Garmined at 5.75 miles) due to adverse weather conditions during the week. Very boggy clay early on, squelchy mud thereafter. Although the course was reduced in length they still managed to leave in the two killer hills and the ‘compulsory’ brook, which certain members of the club still manged to skillfully avoid (one of whom has the initials MC, first name Mark!). Well done to Ash on his third palce and congratulations to Christine Thomas on completion of her first off-roader
