20 Sphinx AC runners/family/friends ran this weekend, with no first-timers and 4 PBs. Our old friend Barry Burrows ran for the first time in ages too, finishing at around 22:40 – he didn’t register a result as he didn’t bring his barcode. Rosie Keenan also finished her first full ParkRun today but chose not to go through the funnel – Mitch and Luke ran the course with her so her time is around the same as theirs. There were lots of Sphinx AC helpers today, with it being Birmingham half marathon and Abingdon marathon tomorrow.
