The fastest run came from Andy Wilkinson who finished in a new PB time of 31:25, there were also PB’s for Kyza Derby and Paul Slatford who finished second and third. This has been one of the most successful series of Thursday night races with high numbers of members coming along to take part and enjoy the food that has been provided by all 4 of the pubs visited following the end of the race. Th

ere is just one more race in this year’s handicap series which takes place on Sunday 22nd September along the Greenway from Burton Green starting at 11:00. As there is no parking near the start please share lifts if possible and use the car park at the Peeping Tom pub which about half a mile from the start so please make sure you allow enough time to get from the pub to the race start. We will need a maximum of 2 marshals on the course however as I will not be at this race Jackie will need help from around 10:30 handing out race numbers at the start and taking estimated times. If anyone is willing to volunteer please let me know.
