2 Sphinx AC runners ran this weekend, with no first-timers, one course PB and one normal PB.

13 Luke Makins 19:54 ( 6:25/mile) SM30-34 64.99% 13 New (course) PB!
20 Bernard Blundell 20:38 ( 6:39/mile) VM40-44 67.12% 19 SMASHING NEW ALL-ROUND, BEST-EVER PB!
Last week, I said:
If I’d known I was 11 seconds off my real PB, I really would have given it a bit more welly!
Well, condsiderable amounts of welly were given and it paid off!
