Mike Wall represented Sphinx AC at Bramhall Park (Stockport) ParkRun this weekend.

It was a tough course that contains quite a lot of trail sections and is a lot hillier than Coventry. Still managed to knock out a 20:03 though and come 13th out of 250 odd! That’s the last 3 park runs I’ve come 13th!
