Mitch Timms represented Sphinx AC in this gruelling off-road marathon, which takes in the Seven Sisters on the south coast.
This is Mitch’s off-road marathon PB. He said on the members’ site: “Legs like concrete today. I am NEVER doing Beachy Head again”. Yeah, riiiiight!
