All the usual events are available but there will be no javelin this time, there will be a discus throw instead.
The forms will be out for the next few Monday nights at Lyng Hall for you to sign up to whatever event you would like to do.
Remember that we can only put two athletes in any event, and only one in the high jump. As always there are events for under 11’s under 13’s under 15’s and under 17’s.If you want to take part please put your name down as soon as possible, and if you can’t get down to Lyng Hall let us know in any case by email or phone.
